Several Negative Posts on your Facebook Page? To Delete them or Not...

Q: I’ve received several negative posts on my Facebook page and I’m not sure whether I should delete them or not. Any recommendations?

A: Before deleting any negative posts, we suggest adding a set of “House Rules” on your Facebook page. Many of today’s most-recognized brands have implemented “House Rules” or something similar on their pages. By doing so, you have the opportunity to explain to users that photos, comments, links and other material deemed “unproductive” will be removed at the company’s discretion. Remind users to please comply with Facebook’s Terms and Conditions and provide a company website or phone number for customer service questions and concerns.

I thing that is good advice.   I also would you that as opportunity to reach out to the "poster" and get some additional feedback.  Find out why they were so motivated to post something negative. Ask them outright,  what if anything could we do to change your opinion.  If you can turn their negative post into a positive interaction with them it's possible you can them back as an evangelist for your company.
